How the "Rental Home Database" Works:

1. FULL SERVICE PACKAGE: We acquire the property listings for available rental homes from owners, agents, agencies and property managers. We provide the online home tour FREE if you choose to have the prospective tenant/buyer's contact us when inquiring about your property.

2. IF WE BRING YOU AN ACCEPTABLE TENANT/BUYER:

Lease Acquisition Fee: One Month’s Rent if we show your property to a prospect whom YOU accept the offer for your property.

3. MARKETING PACKAGE: You may choose to receive all inquiries from prospects for an "Advertising" fee of $179.95 for an online home tour marketing package, which is ONE TIME Fee and includes signage for your property, until your property is contracted. You may use the online home tour to ENHANCE your classified advertising.

To include your property in the "Rental Home database” Listing:

1. Complete the "Rental Home Database Agreement" along with a "Property Profile" and fax, mail or email to us.

2. When a prospect is ready to lease the property, we will provide you with a tenant/buyer profile which includes credit scoring and other reference qualifications. You make the final decision

3. We will provide you with the required paperwork to perform the lease contract or we can provide the services of a property manager through one of our affiliate property managers to complete the contract for you. We do ask for a decision within 24 hours we will be available to answer any questions you may have.

4. Your only cost is one month’s rent and only when you have approved the prospective tenant. The advertising and signage are NO ADDITIONAL COST to you, unless you prefer to receive the prospective inquiries and prefer our "Marketing Package" to produce your home tour profile.
