· You choose to include your property for any contract such as: rental, lease purchase, and/or sale.

· You submit your own photos to us for publishing along with the community features, school assignments, and other related information about your property.

· You may choose to be the property contact or we can take all inquires from prospective tenant/buyers.

· Cost: One time fee of $199.00 which provides your listing to be active until you have accepted a contract.

· You agree to pay a relocation fee equal to one month’s rent, should WE bring you an acceptable offer. If you contract your property without relocation assistance from us, you owe no additional fees.

· A licensed real estate agent may bring their clients to view your property. If an offer is made with a licensed agent, the details regarding any commissions due according to state law will be included in any offer presented. We encourage professionals to show the properties we are marketing.
